Inclusions

1. Physical Health Assessments which is conducted annually at Telus Health clinics across Canada, offering a comprehensive head-to-toe health assessment, and providing a complete view of your health status.
2. Medical Services, including coordination of any necessary follow-up care based on findings.
3. Year Round Care: 24/7 unlimited access to Telus Health Virtual Care platform's clinicians, to address issues from anywhere in Canada or U.S. As well as, additional in-person appointments in Telus Heath Care Centres for health concerns that can't be resolved virtually.*
4. Aviation Medicals are also offered at the Montreal location.** 
   
   *Year-round care -in-person appointments: included in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.

Association Aviation Medical Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
Once paid, Association Aviation Medical Program fees cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred to another person or account.
Must be a CBAA member in good standing.
